Dr. Malebese Ishmael Sello
Secretary
Dr. Malebese Ishmael Sello is a dynamic South African educator, global speaker, and ICT-in-Education expert who has dedicated his career to transforming the education sector through innovation, leadership, and digital integration. He holds three Bachelor of Education Honours degrees and numerous certificates from various institutions, reflecting his deep commitment to lifelong learning and professional development. Dr. Sello was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in ICT in Education by the International Internship University (IIU) in India, recognizing his outstanding contribution to educational technology. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Technology Education with the University of Kwazulu-Natal (UKZN), further strengthening his academic and research portfolio. As a teacher at Poguti-Maribulla Primary School, Dr. Sello made history by being named the 2022/23 ICT Teacher Number 1 in Limpopo Province, and a National Finalist in the 2022/23 National Teaching Awards (NTA). His passion for advancing digital skills led him to represent South Africa in China in 2023 as part of an international educational exchange. His extensive leadership roles include serving as the Deputy Secretary of AMESA Limpopo Region, Secretary of the Black Management Forum (Polokwane Branch), Secretary of the University of Limpopo Education Alumni and Convocation Sector, and Chairperson of Youth in Business South Africa (YIBSA) in Limpopo. Additionally, he serves as an ICT Chairperson in the Kgakotlou Circuit and a Resource Person for SADTU’s Stanza Bopape Branch.
Kgaogelo Mohlala

Ms. Mohlala Kgaugelo is an award-winning Mathematics educator from Limpopo, South Africa. In 2022, she was named the National Teaching Award Winner (1st Position) for Excellence in Teaching Mathematics (GET Phase) and has been recognised as the Best Mathematics Teacher in the Sekgosese Circuit for several consecutive years. In 2023, she was selected for the Education Changemakers Programme by the Trevor Noah Foundation. In 2024, she represented South Africa in the United States of America as a Mandela Washington Fellow, enhancing her leadership and educational impact and strengthening her expertise in educational leadership, innovation, and community impact.Later in the same year She was also selected by the Minister of Basic Education as one of South Africa's top Mathematics educators to attend a mathematics education seminar in China, where she explored innovative global teaching practices and effective classroom practices alongside international educators. In 2025, she was recognised as one of the Sunday World Unsung Heroes. She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Mathematics Education, continuing her commitment to advancing mathematics education.
